At StreetVibeWear, we understand that mistakes happen—maybe you chose the wrong size, typed the wrong address, or had second thoughts. That’s why we offer a flexible order cancellation and modification policy, so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.


1. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it:

We can only cancel orders within 6 hours of placement, or before the item has been processed or shipped—whichever comes first.

Important: Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. How to Change an Order (Address, Size, Product, etc.)

We accept changes to your order if:

  • You notify us within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Accepted modifications may include:

  • Shipping address corrections

  • Changing product size or color

  • Updating quantity or removing items

To request a change, email support@streetvibewear.com with your order number and the exact details you want to modify.


3. What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled or changed.

  • You may wait to receive the item and then request a return (see our Return Policy).

We recommend double-checking your order details before checkout to avoid delays and complications.


4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is refused by the recipient, we will:

  • Contact you to arrange re-shipping (shipping fees may apply), or

  • Issue a refund minus original shipping charges once the package is safely returned.


5. Exceptions

Orders with personalized, custom-made, or limited edition items may not be eligible for cancellation or changes once confirmed. Please review product listings carefully before ordering.
