At StreetVibeWear, we want you to feel confident with every purchase you make. That’s why we’ve created a customer-first return policy that is clear, flexible, and easy to follow.

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it within a specific timeframe for a refund, exchange, or store credit—no questions asked.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “delivered.” After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags (if applicable).

  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Initiating a return with StreetVibeWear is quick and easy:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at support@streetvibewear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

  2. Return Instructions
    Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping guidance. You are responsible for properly packaging the item to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship Your Return To:

  4. Add Return Info Inside the Package
    Please include a note with the following:

    • Your full name

    • Your order number

    • The reason for your return

    • Whether you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit


Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

StreetVibeWear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.


What Happens After We Receive Your Return

Once your return is received at our facility:

  • We will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.

  • If the return is approved, we will proceed with your chosen resolution (refund, store credit, or exchange).

  • You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of the process.

Please note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
